"Tasmania’s craft beer revolution shows no signs of slowing down. The state’s newest arrival has taken up a berth in Hobart’s old wharf area, a short walk from the tourism-friendly (and much glitzier) Sullivan’s Cove. During the week the big Red Shed is dedicated to its craft, producing small batches of Tasmanian Ale, Rye Porter, Cream Ale, Pale Ale and Sours, but from Thursday to Sunday the brewing crew throw open their home to beer lovers who can sample beer straight from the tank, buy food from visiting food trucks, just congregate around the brewery’s welcoming fire pit and listen to live music."
