"Due South, as its name suggests, has magnificent views south across the water, and its light and airy interior makes for a lovely place to pass the time over a few drinks. The bar offers a fantastic selection of craft beer, and the wine list containing only Great Southern region wines is a nice touch. They also have a good menu which embraces locally caught seafood and produce from the surrounding area."
"Located on the Water front in front of the Albany Entertainment Centre. Mon-Sat: 6am to 12pm, Sun: 6am to 10pm(08) 9841 8526"
"Liberte exudes an air of louche, bohemian elegance, and is a surprisingly elegant and hip addition to Albany’s after-dark drinking scene. Inside, the decor is all velvet-trimmed faded luxury and eclectic hipster casualness, while the cocktail and craft beer menu is exciting and varied. The cherry on top is the bar food, a delightful combo of French/Vietnamese cuisine which is worth a look alone."
"Homed by the historic London Hotel on Stirling Terrace, Albany’s restaurant Liberte is a hit among locals and those visiting from afar for mouth-watering fusion cuisine and tastebud tingling beverages..."
"A bustling Italian pizzeria with a menu that goes way beyond its excellent wood-fired pizzas. Fresh, authentic Italian cooking that ranges from saltimbocca, veal parmigiana and a succulent selection of pastas, Venice Pizza Bar brings the fresh flavours and warm, welcoming Italian atmosphere to the heart of Albany. While the don’t serve alcohol, they are perfectly happy for you to bring your own, so grab a hearty bottle of red and get stuck in!"
