As well as the delicious food, The Imperial Hotel is home to Eumundi Brewery and Eumundi Distillers. Head distiller Mick Reif is a Sunshine Coast local using the finest juniper and botanicals along with local Cooroy Mountain spring water to create the excellent Folktale Gin range."
